We are Group of Company of PTT Green Energy Pte.Ltd, a subsidiary of Thailand’s larges and integretaed oil firm, engage in Palm Oil business and Plantation, Now we are seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professional to located in our unit in the subsidiary, located in Palembang (Sumatra Selatan).
HR Manager
Requirements :
- Male/Female
- Able to handling employees and workers over 1000 people
- Have experience in handling Palm Oil Plantation related issues
- Familiar with Labor Law and Regulation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree and in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent (Master’s Degree in these fields or MBA is preferable) from top ten university
- HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Planning, Industrial Relations.
- Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration.
- Should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Palembang and in Plantation Site periodically
