PRODUCTION MANAGER (BATAM)
Requirement :
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Min. 8 years relevant working experience, preferably 5 years in managerial position in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Production planning, quality control productivity, delivery issue and maintenance of Machine.
- Control of scrap and yield improvement.
- Lead and direct the product group in activity company goals and objective.
- Familiar with computer based systems, with working knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing and principles of six sigma.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, versatile, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
